Women Deliver

The Women Deliver Conference presented an opportunity to showcase BK Arena and Radisson Blu Kigali as exceptional event venues. TORI recognized that while both venues hosted activities related to the conference, their settings, audience engagement, and purpose differed greatly:

• BK Arena: Known for its vibrant, festive atmosphere, the venue provided a perfect backdrop for interactive, energetic activities—such as exhibitions and live performances. TORI’s insight was that capturing the lively interactions between the audience, performers, and exhibits would bring out the vibrancy of BK Arena.
• Radisson Blu Kigali: As a luxury hotel and conference venue, Radisson Blu Kigali provided a more intimate and educational space, ideal for the serious, thought-provoking sessions of the conference. TORI’s insight was to focus on the calm, professional atmosphere, documenting the intellectual exchange and focus on impactful dialogue.

TORI’s approach was to capture the unique character of each venue while highlighting their versatility in hosting a major international event over several days. Key elements of execution included:

• Content Creation: TORI created high-quality photography, videography, and written content to showcase each venue’s transformation during the conference. At BK Arena, the focus was on capturing the festive, energetic vibe, featuring exhibitions, performances, and audience engagement. At Radisson Blu Kigali, the focus was on the professional, educational environment, documenting the conference’s educational sessions, panel discussions, and more intimate, focused moments.
• Social Media Strategy: TORI tailored the social media strategy to reflect the specific vibe of each venue. For BK Arena, real-time updates and interactive content highlighted the lively nature of the venue, using engaging visuals and videos to showcase performances and exhibitions. For Radisson Blu, TORI used professional, polished content to reflect the conference’s educational and intellectual aspects, sharing behind-the-scenes moments and in-depth conversations.
• Event Branding: TORI emphasized the ability of both BK Arena and Radisson Blu Kigali to seamlessly transform and adapt their spaces to fit the conference's diverse activities, from exhibitions to panel discussions. We focused on showing how these venues provided the perfect settings for the different needs of Women Deliver over multiple days.

• Showcasing Versatility: TORI successfully demonstrated how BK Arena and Radisson Blu Kigali could each host different types of conference activities. By capturing both the lively and educational moments of the conference, TORI highlighted each venue’s ability to create the right atmosphere for every event.
